Our multidisciplinary group practice offers therapy and nutrition counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. Our areas of specialization include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, family therapy and parent coaching. We take a holistic and compassionate approach to mental health and wellness. Our practice integrates evidence-based therapy and nutrition counseling with a deep understanding of the social, cultural, and personal contexts that shape each individual’s experience. We prioritize building a collaborative, empowering relationship with our clients, supporting them in navigating life transitions, addressing mental health challenges, and cultivating resilience.
