Description of Practice
I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Transforming Touch Practitioner working with individuals with developmental and relational trauma, dysregulated nervous systems and trauma. I use a warm, gentle approach for creating safety for my clients, and assist them in tuning in to their body in a way that feels manageable, expanding their window of tolerance and assisting the development of trust in themselves and others.
