Short Description
Faith-driven MFT student devoted to helping others find healing and restoration through grace, empathy, and authentic connection.
Description of Practice
Christina Vogelsohn is a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student at Hope International University in Fullerton, California, located in Orange County. She will begin her practicum in Summer 2026 and feels called to serve those struggling with Borderline Personality Disorder, Substance Use Disorder, Addiction Recovery, Anxiety, and issues of Self-Worth. Guided by her faith, Christina believes that genuine healing begins when people are met with compassion, grace, and understanding.

Her therapeutic orientation is grounded in a Humanistic framework that integrates person-centered, solution-focused, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approaches. She aspires to obtain DBT-LBC certification and is passionate about fostering authentic, Christ-like relationships that promote healing, growth, and restoration. Christina’s calling to the field of therapy grew out of her own journey of recovery and redemption, inspiring her to view this work as both a privilege and a calling. Her approach reflects a belief that every person has inherent worth and the capacity to change when met with empathy and truth spoken in love.
