Description of Practice
My work with individual adults, and families is informed by the interplay of attachment theory, state regulation, use of mindfulness, temperament, development, psychodynamic theories and positive psychology. Many clients have experienced disruptive events i.e. divorce, remarriage, death and I work with people to stabilize themselves and their families by and re-establishing or repairing connections, internally and interpersonnally.
