Short Description
Working remotely. Sometimes in our efforts to avoid suffering we lose touch with our feelings and body sensations, eventually becoming numb. Together we can mindfully explore the blocks and face the fears so that you can heal unresolved wounds.
Description of Practice
Words alone can fail us in expressing deeply held emotional pain or trauma. Through the mindful exploration of personal imagery and stories in the safety of the therapeutic relationship, what needs to be expressed comes forth and the healing begins. Weaving EMDR,Internal Family Systems, Art Therapy,Mindfulness training,and talk therapy, we work together to unsnarl the tangles so that life flows smoothly through us again.
