Short Description
Brief therapy for adults, couples, and nontraditional families
Description of Practice
Guiding families and couples who are working on getting "unstuck" and moving relationships in a positive direction. In this work, I am guided by the work of Dan Wiles and others in helping each person find their voice in a non-blaming atmosphere of curiosity and hope. Also helping people struggling to thrive and grow despite living with chronic illness and pain. Here the focus is on working in the here-and-now to make small changes that can lead to big improvements in quality of life. With children, focus is on play therapy,art and strong supportive relationships with parents and guardians.
