I am here for you to make the kind of changes necessary to be in more allowance for you to be the person you very much want to be, absolutely experiencing more joy, more happiness in your relationships. I can help you overcome day-to-day anxiety, defeat negative thoughts that too often lead to depression. If you struggle with problems in relationship or within yourself, with addiction, compulsion, or phobias and fears, you can call me.
Ilene Wolff, MFT, has helped hundreds of individuals, children and couples for over twenty years in San Francisco and Marin. She has trained at Stanford University in Advanced Cognitive Therapy Approaches with David Burns, MD. Ilene is also the director of The Drama Therapy Institute. A solution-focused marriage and family therapist, she has lectured widely, given workshops, and worked extensively as a consultant and facilitator to institutions including Walnut Creek Hospital, Kaiser and Stanford University. Ilene Wolff graduated and has taught at UC Berkeley, training psychotherapists and business leaders nationwide. Ilene won The California and Marriage Family Therapist Education Foundation Award (2012).
