Description of Practice
As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential
and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While many have experienced difficult life situations or trauma from a past that cannot be changed, we can work together to better understand and resolve the pain. I have been providing psychotherapy for individuals and families in Marin since 1980, dealing with depression, mood and anxiety disorders, addiction and abuse issues, adolescent and parenting issues and life transitions. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques,we will understand behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
