Individual therapy with a Family Systems approach,
Description of Practice
I look at experiences you had with caregivers and other important people in positions of influence when you were a child. Many of these experiences, both positive and negative, influence how you view others, yourself and your relationships as an adult. I use a variety of techniques like reframing, relaxation and stress reduction exercises, visualization, writing, self-monitoring experiments, and reading to find out what works best for you.
