You don't have to suffer alone. I help individuals and couples move and grow through life's difficult transitions. Endings and loss of important relationships cause grief, and I'll help you through this painful process. One of my specialties is inter-generational healing. I offer co-parenting or single parenting support, as well.
My Healthy Lifestyle Support Group helps people keep their New Year's resolutions all year long. Whatever your personal wellness plan is, I'll help you stay with it in positive, experiential ways that are fun as well as thoughtful.
