Description of Practice
I have been practicing for over 30 years helping people change, create the life they desire and experience satisfying relationships. In my practice with individuals, couples, families and groups, I integrate all that I have learned over the years to quickly identify the problem and work together on the solution. I started out in the mental health field practicing psychodrama and group psychotherapy and my passion for synthesizing creativity and healing has never ceased. I also am trained in somatic attachment therapy. I am a nationally recognized teacher (locally at the CA Institute of Integral Studies) and co-founder of the Bay Area Moreno Institute.
As a therapist, my goal is to help you activate your intuition and inner guide to aid you in your healing. By applying complementary creative therapeutic approaches and techniques, we'll discover unhelpful behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I believe that you can change your relationship to the past by being different in the present moment. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
