Description of Practice
Mission Statement:

Changing Marriage provides innovative approaches to marriage that set people up to succeed from beginning to end.

We can't change what we're not conscious of. I help people get conscious of old beliefs and relationship patterns that keep them stuck in unhealthy dynamics with others so they can break free and have healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Individual work is also highlighted in my practice. I am a Certified Brainspotting practitioner. Brainspotting is a trauma treatment that is similar to EMDR. I am also a VOICE DIALOGUE practitioner. This entails looking at the various "parts" and healing from that perspective. Both of these techniques are extremely effective as they relate to healing trauma and relational wounding.
