Description of Practice
In my 53rd year in the mental health field, I am grateful and excited to work with just about anyone who comes through my door. Resting on all these years of therapy and training, I am open to working with a wide array of people and issues. (Please see the listing of areas of expertise above.) More globally, I have had significant experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. For most of my career, I have served trauma survivors with a wide range of issues, their partner, and their couple relationships. While not ignoring suffering, I focus on positivity, individual strengths, and growth in the context of the power of loving-kindness.
I am in the process of developing the Compassionate Couples Project, an online community serving this population.
