Description of Practice
I am passionate about working with couples and individuals with any life transition issues including all stages of relationship, (personal and professional development), healing recent or past traumas, or moving through any obstacles impeding your experience of joy, compassion and overall fulfillment. For couples, I can help you break cycles of interaction causing distress and estrangement, guiding as you build the safe, intimate, loving connection you desire. Both individuals and couples will experience me as a warm, caring therapist, where exploration and discovery is fostered through partnership and respect. I believe we all have the capacity to heal and thrive.
Present or past injury influences our overall experience of ourselves in the world. As we heal, it can be difficult to fully trust or "take in" the positive. An essential part of our work together is to "rewire," and experience the good in yourself and your relationships!
Certified supervisor and therapist by the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and by EMDRIA in EMDR, I integrate my 30 plus years of experience with advanced trainings in attachment based therapy, EFT, EMDR, trauma psychology, positive psychology, life coaching, and mindfulness. I am an intuitive, sensitive therapist, who continues to study and grow to give you my best.
