Description of Practice
Emotional pain, dissatisfaction and general unhappiness are the greatest motivators for change and are usually what lead people to seek individual or couples therapy. I am passionate about helping people understand their issues on a deeper level so that lasting change can occur.

My style is eclectic; a blend of cognitive behavioral, attachment and family of origin theories. I have a particular interest in neuroscience and mindfulness as they relate to well being. Emotional safety is an important component to healthy relationships and I help couples stabilize the foundation of their relationship via this type of security. My counseling style is compassionate and down-to earth while being interactive and curious.

Areas of special focus are family of origin wounds, infidelity, general happiness, premarital counseling, stress management, life transitions and relationship repair.

I offer HPPA compliant tele-health options including online video, chat and phone options for those in California who can benefit.
