I have 25+ years experience using Clinical Art Therapy to help highly sensitive and anxious children cope in a frequently overwhelming world. And I help licensed clinicians incorporate art into their work with children.
Description of Practice
Do you have a child or “tween” that is highly sensitive, bright, and a bit overwhelmed? Do they have trouble identifying and managing strong feelings? Could they use help developing positive coping strategies? Are they struggling to communicate with peers, parents, or siblings?

In my private practice office, I specialize in helping children understand the benefits of their sensitivity and how to manage its inherent challenges. And I can help you… help them.

As a licensed Psychotherapist and Art Therapist, I strive to provide a safe and warm environment that utilizes both artistic and verbal expression as ways to communicate in therapy. I invite you to discover how this fun, dynamic, interactive process can help your child explore, express, and contain what is either unknown or too difficult to verbalize.
