Description of Practice
My practice offers a focus on growth and stability. Building on strengths and core values we explore safe ways to break through old patterns and foster behavior and relationships that serve clients wellness and goals. My sessions incorporate mindfulness and CBT strategies while understanding the way our past impacts out present. Whether it is anxiety, grief, life transition, relationship challenges or a feeling of imbalance, my client centered approach aims to support self esteem, purpose and optimal mental health.
