Mindfulness psychotherapy and EFT "tapping"
Description of Practice
EFT (aka tapping) is a breakthrough in therapy that focuses on releasing unwanted responses and limiting beliefs. It is a blend of Eastern and Western therapeutic techniques encouraging swift and deep healing.
Old traumas can often get in the way of living a joyful, fulfilling, positive life. Painless and easy to learn, EFT blends Eastern healing methods (like acupuncture without the needles) and a core understanding of body/mind medicine. EFT also includes traditional Cognitive Therapies , NLP, Focusing, Mindfulness techniques and more; bringing safe, skillful, personalized relief.
EFT is fast and painless. The process addresses the seeming paradox of opposites allowing for realization, deep shift and integration; and thus accessing the deeper wisdom within each of us.
