Trauma-Informed Therapy and Clinical Consultation that integrates EMDR, Flash Technique, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Parts Work, Attachment Theory and the Structural Dissociation model. I work with individual adults with Depression, Anxiety, or who need help navigating a difficult life transition, or who wish to understand and transform patterns that negatively impact their relationships, work or parenting. I specialize in Trauma, PTSD, Complex Trauma (CPTSD) and Structural Dissociation. As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant I offer individual and group consultation for EMDRIA certification.
