Description of Practice
​My approach to therapy is compassionate, strengths-based and solution focused. I integrate the most effective talk therapy, somatic therapy, and mindfulness practices with complimentary methods to heal trauma and upsetting life experiences. I practice only evidence-based psychotherapy crafted to address your unique concerns, including the little “t” traumas of daily life and the big “T” traumas that may shake you to your core and change your life forever. (I accept a limited numbe of Medi-cal clients with Partnership Health insurance.)
