Short Description
Life's challenges—trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, identity concerns, and cultural pressures—can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate them alone. I support individuals, kids, teens, and couples with evidence-based care.
Description of Practice
Hi, and welcome — I’m really glad you’re here. Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you, your child, or your relationship are carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, disconnection, or cultural pressures that are difficult to name. Whether you're looking for support for yourself, your teen, your child, or as a couple, you've already taken an important first step by exploring what healing might look like. I work with individuals, children, teens, and couples who are navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges — including trauma, identity struggles, communication issues, family conflict, and more.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, Narrative Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, ACT, DBT and EMDR. I tailor sessions to meet you where you are, helping build awareness, resilience, and stronger connections.
I bring a deep respect for the cultural identities, values, and lived experiences that shape each person and relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported — where therapy isn’t just about managing symptoms, but about fostering healing, authenticity, and growth. Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone.
