Short Description
Cassidy is a relational, trauma-informed therapist supporting grief, trauma, anxiety/ADHD, and life transitions. She offers depth-oriented, collaborative therapy for meaningful change and self-understanding.
Description of Practice
Cassidy is a relational, trauma-informed therapist who works collaboratively with clients navigating grief/loss, trauma, major life transitions, anxiety/ADHD, and other relational or life challenges. She supports those processing overwhelming experiences, as well as clients seeking deeper self-understanding, meaningful change, and more aligned ways of relating to themselves and others. Her clinical background includes providing psychotherapy in acute hospital settings, where she worked closely with patients and families facing serious illness and end-of-life. This experience informs her ability to hold complex emotions with steadiness and care. Her approach is depth-oriented, integrating attachment-based, psychodynamic, somatic, narrative, and parts-based work. She creates a grounded, supportive space to process difficult experiences and explore the patterns and internal narratives shaping your life. Cassidy works with individuals, couples, and teens. She is currently accepting virtual clients but will also be offering in-person sessions in Mill Valley soon.
