Short Description
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and provisional art therapist. I use Art Therapy with a Narrative approach. I welcome adults, adolescents, and couples. I am private pay.
Description of Practice
I offer an authentic, collaborative, and brave space in which to navigate a range of personal challenges. I work on identity, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, and maternal issues. I welcome adults, adolescents, and couples; I respect all backgrounds and orientations.
My approach as a registered associate marriage and family therapist and provisional art therapist is one of compassion, curiosity, humor, and sometimes a challenge to foster growth. I combine art therapy and talk therapy with a narrative approach.
As a provisional art therapist and practicing artist, I have expertise in a breadth of art media and believe that art is a non-verbal tool not only accessible to all but also an adept way to therapeutically process challenges that arise.
Sessions are private pay. I do not take insurance at this time but can offer superbills.
I am currently accepting new clients for in-person and telehealth sessions.
