Short Description
Compassionate, nonjudgemental, strength-based approach to integrative therapy for teens, young adults and parents.
Description of Practice
Adolescence is period of a lot of transition and rapid change, and it is normal and natural to have many strong feelings during this time in life under the best of circumstances. It is a particularly difficult window to be a young person in the midst of our current world challenges, and seeking support can be a road to inner peace. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgemental, strength-based approach to therapy for teens and young adults to help them work through their challenges and move towards a greater sense of wellbeing.
Therapy can help parents too! Evidence shows that the more a parent is in balance and works to take care of themselves, the better our children do as well. I work with parents at every stage of parenthood, including prenatal, postpartum, parents of kids of all ages, and individuals and couples experiencing infertility challenges.
I have been working with people seeking wellness and finding balance in their lives for over 25 years, first as a holistic primary care provider beginning in 1998, and now as a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Feel free to reach out and we can schedule a free 15 minute consultation to discuss you or your teen's needs.
