I am deeply committed to providing a safe space for you to find healing & peace. I believe in this work of walking alongside you as I have seen and experienced the transformative power it can have in our lives.
I am a trauma informed, body positive, relational therapist with over 12 years of experience working with children, teens and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma and other stressors. I engaged in modalities that create safety, and genuine connection with my clients toward an emerging integrated whole self.
The intention of my practice is to empower clients to regain trust in themselves. My practice is here to help you embody that infinite space within you that is greater than your wounds. My style is collaborative and accessible, and in our work together, you’ll find a safe space of support and healing.
