My style is collaborative, relational, and grounded in deep respect for each individual's own internal wisdom. My approach is holistic, somatic, and rooted in mindfulness of the here and now.
My work is trauma-informed and applies the principles and practices of Somatic Experiencing to work with the body and the nervous system to unwind and resolve trauma and patterns that may no longer be serving.
I am especially passionate about working with those who feel stuck in some way, whether feeling a lack of direction and purpose, feeling trapped in patterns and old ways of being, or seeking more depth, connection, expression and agency in their lives.
