🌟 I specialize in providing evidence based therapy for individuals and couples in California who are navigating life's major transitions. Whether facing challenges related to raising children, emptying the nest, betrayal, career changes, life stress, premarital discovery, or considering a graceful transition into divorce, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

💖 As a therapist who has gone through many of these life transitions myself, I understand the unique complexities that come with them and the impact they can have on your well-being and relationships. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and your partner, fostering healing and growth in the face of adversity. I have advanced trainings in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2, Treating Affairs & Trauma), and Dr. Sue Johnson’s Intensive Course in Emotionally Focused Therapy: Attachment-based interventions for couples in crisis.
