Short Description
I offer a somatically informant, depth psychology oriented approach to inspire Curiosity around the process of inquiry.
Description of Practice
After 25 years in the Santa Barbara community, I have recently settled in the Marin County area with my life partner and two school-aged children. I have an extensive background in the expressive, therapeutic and performing arts which informs my practice as a depth oriented psychotherapist. I am currently working with Acorn counseling group of California, which is primarily offering virtual sessions, however, I have lead women’s groups and individual sessions in an Eco therapy-based private practice as well as seeing individuals at The Community Counseling and Education Center in Santa Barbara, Ca. I enjoy working with individuals ages 14 and up as well as women and couples in transition. I am also trained in EMDR therapy levels I and II as well as well as being an (almost) certified Conscious Uncoupling, coach, yoga instructor, internationally certified Pilates instructor and professional bodyworker (since 1999).
