My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, confidential, non-judgement and compassionate setting to partner with individuals to work toward change, healing, and connection.
My approach is partnership, grounding through breath, curiousity and intuition. Therapy is the process of creating change while meeting a person where they are, creating a safe and supportive environment where change and healing are possible. Life can be lifey, it is important to have support and guidance navigating the rough spots.
I have over 20 years of experiencing, helping and supporting individuals through life changes, trauma, grief, substance abuse and addiction, codependency and adjustment to loss of independence.
