Description of Practice
I specialize in complex trauma, sense of self, codependency, anxiety, addiction and eating disorder recovery. My emphasis is on the deep healing and processing work of old wounds for those looking for true transformation. My work is relational and body-based, deeply influenced by mindfulness and the genuine, safe, and non-judgmental space we will co-create together. I work psychodynamically and utilize CBT, and DBT to help create behavioral shifts. I leverage Acceptance and Commitment Therapy when working with self-discovery, and Accelerated Experiential Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) to help you deepen your relationship to self, your emotional experience, and your relationship to others.
