Description of Practice
Depression, anxiety, men’s issues, toxic masculinity, self-esteem, trauma, sex and intimacy, relationships, parenting support, and creativity. David understands what it's like growing up in a hypermasculine household and prides himself on helping his male clients explore the ways cultural conditioning and toxic masculinity have impacted them and the people in their lives.

Although his work is heavily influenced by psychodynamic theory, David's style is best described as integrative and experiential. Some of his psychology methods include Transpersonal, Relational, Gestalt, Jungian Dreamwork, Somatic, Existential, and Trauma-Informed. David also pulls from meditation and mindfulness in his approach to psychotherapy.

David takes the stance that therapy can be hard work, but it can also be exciting, profound, and even fun because growth, change, and overcoming challenges are often key indicators of human happiness. David is thrilled to begin a healing journey with you.
